Photo Manipulation and Ethics

This Type of photoshop really can have an effect on people because to the people that witnesses these events, its like your trying to change how things were to please others when to them it was already a great moment and changing that for them must make them feel heartbroken and unappreciated.

The Picture of the Israeli Prime minister where the woman were changed into men i believe is the most unethical simply because if it were any other picture i would understand enhancing it to make it seem more dramatic but to remove woman? Why ? There was nothing wrong with the woman in the picture what difference does it make if its just all men ? I Don't know either but that photo didnt  necessarily need to be changed.

I think this is the most unethical photo here because the woman in the picture is obviously in pain and only she feels that kind of emotion in her and since this is about her and what she's witnessing at this moment i don't think its very fair for people to want to change anything about it because she knows what happened and to change that it makes her feel like the truth of her pain isn't good enough for people so they feel the need to have to change things and i don't believe thats very respectful or just right or ethical in other words evan if the change wasn't a big deal the fact that they changed is unethical.
